Terms
- Net 30 days are offered to qualifying accounts.
- An interest charge of 2% per month or 24% annually will be assessed on all past-due balances.
- All accounts 60 days past due will not be shipped.
- Accounts 120 days past due will be placed for collection. You will be responsible for all collection fees in addition to your balance. We urge you to contact our credit department to make payment arrangements to avoid the collection process.

Please clearly write or type out each order:
- Your company information
- Shipping information (we will ship under your name)
- Purchase order number or job name
- Date needed
- Product description, including:
Vendor
Style number
Sizes & quantity
Color
- Decoration method
- Size of artwork
- Placement of artwork
- Colors to be used
- Email address for approval

- Vectored art in the following formats:
EPS
AI
CDR
CMX
- All artwork should be supplied 300 dpi or greater.
- Any supplied artwork in a JPG, GIF, PNG, or non-vectored formats are subject to art fees.
Artwork Charges
We will allow 20 minutes of artwork time at no charge. If more artwork is required, it is billed at $20.00 for each half hour. We will notify you before we begin the job.
Our New Customer Policy
- All new customers must fill out a credit application with a personal guarantee.
- Until a credit line has been established by our factor or Hilco, orders will be shipped COD (Cash On Delivery). We Accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express
Shipping
- All orders will be shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise requested.
- Freight, handling and if necessary, insurance will be added to your invoice, and may not be deducted. Any other requested courier may require additional service charges.
Production time
- Standard delivery time is 7-10 business days. Day 1 starts when we have your art approval and product in hand.
Rush Orders
- Rush service is usually available, please call to confirm. Cost are as follows.
- 1 day – 30% of total order or $30.00 per order, whichever is greater.
2 days – 25% of total order or $25.00 per order, whichever is greater.
3+ days – 20% of total order or $20.00 per order, whichever is greater.
Drop Shipments
We encourage you to have your goods drop shipped to us to save
time and money. Please send the following information.
- Please fax, email or bring in an order for the product to be decorated
- Please include the company from which the product will be coming from
- Please include quantity, color, model number and list the purchase order number or job description on box if possible.
