1 day – 30% of the total order or $60.00 per order, whichever is greater.
2 days – 25% of the total order or $50.00 per order, whichever is greater.

If more artwork is required then our time is billed at $20.00 for each half-hour, which we will notify you of before we begin the job.

We encourage you to have your goods drop-shipped to us to save
time and money. Please make sure you include the following information when doing so.

  • Fax, email, or bring in an order for the product to be decorated
  • Include the company from which the product will be coming.
  • Include quantity, color, and model number, and list the purchase order number or job description on the box if possible.

    Sign Masters can be contacted during business hours by calling our office phone contact at 401-822-1775. We'll pick up the phone right away, and be ready to help you with your inquiries at once. 

    We can also be contacted at any time via e-mail, and although this may have a longer turnaround time than calling us direct, we'll still do our very best to reply promptly and helpfully.

    Finally, our online contact form, available via the "Get Started" popup onscreen can be used to send us a full service request.


  • What information do I need to provide when ordering?

  • How will my order be shipped?

    ⦁ All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground unless otherwise requested.

    ⦁ Freight, handling and if necessary, insurance will be added to your invoice, and may not be deducted. Any other requested courier may require additional service charges.
